Terms of Use

1. About the Service

mosfoto is a free online tool for cropping photos to meet the requirements of the Polish MOS 2.0 system (karta pobytu, CUKR) and similar document formats. The Service is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranties.

2. Free use

The Service is provided free of charge for personal use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part without prior notice.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for having all necessary rights to the images you process. Do not use the Service for images you do not own or that infringe third-party rights.

You are responsible for the final verification that the photo meets the requirements of the authority you submit it to. The Service automates technical preparation but does not guarantee acceptance at any specific office.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mosfoto is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service — including rejection of a photo by a government authority.

5. Acceptable use

Prohibited: reverse engineering attempts; use of the Service for unlawful content; any action that disrupts the Service for other users.

In case of abuse we reserve the right to restrict access without notice.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service's design, code, content and branding belong to the operator. Images you upload and process remain your property — we acquire no rights over them.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish common courts.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this URL. By continuing to use the Service after an update, you accept the new version.
